CDDS AB works on technical questions related to infrastructure, platform engineering, and system boundaries.
We work with organizations that build and operate software systems at scale. Engagements are typically multi-month and embedded, focusing on technical clarity where complexity has accumulated.
We do not offer staff augmentation, short-term consulting, or ad-hoc support.
What we work on
We engage where technical complexity meets sustained operational pressure. CI/CD environments grown organically and difficult to maintain. Platform teams stretched between feature delivery and infrastructure debt. Migration projects where technical decisions carry long-term consequences.
These questions touch deployment pipelines, cloud-native architectures, automation landscapes, and the transition from implicit knowledge to documented, reproducible capability. The focus is stabilization and structure - not introducing tools or methodologies for their own sake.
How we work
CDDS AB contributes senior technical expertise: assessing technical situations, shaping the resulting architectural decisions, and supporting their implementation within a defined scope.
We work embedded within existing teams and technical decision-making structures. We contribute to outcomes through architectural clarity and technical depth. Recommendations from a distance are not what we provide.
Engagements typically span three to twelve months. Capacity ranges from substantial part-time to full-time involvement. Short-term support, hourly consulting, or team staffing are not part of our model.
Organization
CDDS AB is a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag) with German origins, legally registered as CDDS - Continuous Delivery and DevOps Services AB. Work is carried out by the organization, not presented as the output of an individual consultant or freelancer.
Conversation
If you are working on infrastructure or platform challenges that benefit from senior technical involvement over an extended period, we are open to a conversation. No pitch, no sales process - an exchange to determine whether collaboration would make sense.
